 +(1) Rituximab /​ri·tux·i·mab/​ (ri-tuk´si-mab) a monoclonal antibody that binds the antigen CD20; used as an antineoplastic in the treatment of CD20-positive,​ [[B cell]] [[non-Hodgkins lymphoma]].
 +(2) rituximab (rih-TUK-sih-mab) A monoclonal [[antibody]] used to treat certain types of B-cell non-Hodgkin [[lymphoma]]. Monoclonal antibodies are made in the laboratory and can locate and bind to substances in the body, including [[cancer]] [[cell]]s. Rituximab binds to the [[protein]] called CD20, which is found on B-cells. Also called Rituxan. ​
